The Effect of Mashups on Copyright and What This Means for Brands

I stayed home from work one day, which is extremely rare for me. I was sick in bed with my laptop, and I decided to check out Hulu to see what movies were being featured. I came across "RiP! A Remix Manifesto" by Brett Gaylor. It explores issues of copyright in the information age.

If you've seen the film, I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you think it means for brands. If you haven't seen the film, you should! For more, click here.

I'm really enjoying this documentary. It's a wonderful look at the impact of technology on life. I also very much like the notion that presents the past as trying to prevent the present from creating the future.
This is a great video! A must see for anyone interested in the never-ending lean of progress against the push-back of status quo!
